Online shop
Tickets for Aurinkobaletti performances are sold in our online shop at aurinkobaletti.lippu.fi. Payment is possible with a Finnish online banking ID or Visa/MasterCard/Electron.
Ticket office, bookings and inquiries
Aurinkobaletti ticket office is open every weekday from 12pm to 3pm, and for 1 hour before the start of a performance. The ticket office is located in the lobby of Manilla theatre.
Booking tickets: either call 02 284 0100 (weekdays from 12pm to 3pm) or send an email to info@aurinkobaletti.fi. Tickets booked via phone call or email have to be reclaimed within a week of the booking. Tickets can be reclaimed from the Aurinkobaletti ticket office or any Lippupiste outlet.
The Aurinkobaletti ticket office accepts the following means of payment: cash, credit and debit card, ePassi, Smartum Saldo, Edenred, culture vouchers and Tyky vouchers.
Tickets from Lippupiste.fi
Tickets for Aurinkobaletti performances are sold also on the Lippupiste.fi website. Payment is possible with a Finnish online banking ID or Visa/MasterCard/Electron. Lippupiste also offers the option to pay with Edenred and Smartuma vouchers, for further information see Lippupiste Culture benefits webpage (currently in Finnish).
You can also book tickets from the Lippupiste phone service 0600 900 900.
Reclaim your booking from any Lippupiste outlet, which can be found in Prismas, K-Citymarkets, R-kiosks and Stockmann, for example. All Lippupiste outlets are listed on their website.
By buss to Aurinkobaletti with the theatre ticket
Our ticket function as Föli tickets, allowing the ticket-holder to travel on Föli buses and water buses before and after the event in question without the need for a separate bus ticket. Read more from Föli webpage.

Group bookings and pre-sales can only be arranged through Aurinkobaletti, not Lippupiste.

Tickets and booking for special groups
Wheelchair tickets and any accompanying tickets can be booked via Aurinkobaletti ticket office, either by calling 02 284 0100 or emailing info@aurinkobaletti.fi. The price of a wheelchair ticket is the same as the standard ticket. Due to seating arrangements, wheelchair tickets must be booked at least one week before the performance. Manilla theatre has an accessible entrance. One parking spot is available for disabled persons in the Manilla courtyard. The theatre entrance can be accessed through a pathway, on which we recommend having an assistant. Personal assistants are welcome free of charge. The theatre foyer is equipped with one accessible toilet.
Order and service fees
The possible fees due to the sale channels are added to the ticket price. The order fee for our webshop is 1,50 € / order. No fees are added to the tickets purchased at Manilla theatre’s ticket sales. A delivery fee of 3 € / order will be added to the tickets purchased at Lippupiste ticket sales services. At the R-kioskis, the delivery charge is1 € / ticket + 3 € / order. At R-kioskis, it is not possible to pay with gift cards.
Service fees are included in the total ticket price, regardless of the sales channel. The theatre ticket also includes a bus ticket on Föli lines for 3 hours before and 2 hours after the performance. The service fee varies according to the ticket price (€1.50 to €2.50 per ticket).
Service fees are non-refundable in case of substitution or cancellation.
